Privacy at Facefirst
We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your details. Here is a simple overview of what happens with the details you give us, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Only what you fill in yourself in our contact form: email, phone number, optionally your website and your message.
In addition, if you consent, we may use analytics and marketing tools that collect technical data about your visit, such as page views, device type and how you reached the site.
The contact form
When you submit the form, your enquiry is stored in the database we use for the website (Lovable Cloud) and sent as a notification to our email through the email service we use for delivery, so we can get back to you. We reply to the address you gave us.
A contact enquiry is not consent to newsletters or other marketing – we never add you to a list.
Cookies and consent
Necessary technologies are always used to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing are only used if you actively consent.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 – to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Marketing: Google Ads and Meta Pixel – to measure and improve our campaigns.
All of these load through Google Tag Manager, and nothing loads before you have given consent. We never send email, phone number, website address or message content to analytics or advertising tools.
How to withdraw your consent
Choose “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. There you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Future tracking then stops, and relevant analytics and marketing cookies are cleared.
Who processes your details
The website runs on Lovable (hosting and Lovable Cloud), which also stores contact enquiries. Email notifications are sent through the email service connected to the website. Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) process data only if you have consented.
Your details are never shared with others and never sold.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to follow up the conversation with you, and delete them afterwards. Retention in the analytics and advertising tools follows the settings in those services.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send an email to ej@facefirst.no and we will sort it quickly.
